What follows is a summary of our investment criteria.  


  • Size: Pre-Revenue - US$10 million
  • Industry:  Real Estate Development and Service Companies with a positive dynamic and strong growth potential
  • Market Position:  Leadership position in primary area of influence, with a strong business plan and a compelling value proposition
  • Location:  Mexico; other locations considered if a strong connection to Mexico exists
  • Management:  Management continuity

  • Transaction:  Sale or recapitalization that provides MEXROB Capital with a 25-100% equity participation in the venture

The summary should include:


  • Description: A basic description of the property type or services you are engaged in
  • Market Position: Your venture's market position and key competitors
  • Management Profile: A profile of senior management
  • Tenure: The number of years in operation
  • Financial Model: Annual revenue and EBITDA results, since inception and 5-year projection
  • Value Proposition:  Your venture's unique value proposition
